ORDERING INFO IN A NUTSHELL
We require a minimum order of 50 for invitations, save the dates, fans, postcards and programs.
We require a minimum order of minimum order of 25 menus and a minimum order of 10 table cards.
We do not offer sliding scale pricing or bulk pricing. We do not discount and we do not rush.
You receive 3 free rounds of proof changes. All additional proof changes are $25.00 each.
Please allow 4 weeks for design and production and 3 days for shipping.
We do not ship internationally. All orders must be in the continental United States.
COPYRIGHT
The copyright and intellectual property of the photographs, graphics and website content belongs to PEAK a Boo Design. The images, stationery and any other documents cannot be used for any other purpose without prior permission from PEAK a Boo Design.
SUPPLIED INFORMATION & IMAGES
Any images, photographs & information supplied to PEAK a Boo Design must not be copy written by any individual, company or any other person claiming an interest. You must have the rights to anything you provide us. PEAK a Boo Design and its agents are not liable for any damages and expenses as a result of using copy written images, photographs & information supplied by you.
PRINTING
All stationery items are designed and printed at the highest quality to ensure the best result. Colors on printed items may look slightly different from computer monitor colors as screen resolutions differ from each other. We try to match the colors on screen as close as possible to the end product. If you are unsure about a color, please let us know and we will mail you a sample.
PROOFS
Digital proofs will be posted online for your approval before printing. You are allowed to make 3 changes to your proofs free of charge. Additional proof changes are $25.00 each. Once you have made sure that your stationery details are correct, you must give us your final approval via email. It is the customer?s responsibility to double check the spelling of places, names and other vital information on the stationery. If a mistake is found after approval and printing has completed, the customer is responsible for extra printing costs.
PAYMENT
Retainer: Except for samples, a non-refundable retainer of $50 is required before we start working on any project. This amount is applied to your final balance.
Full payment must be made after the customer has approved their proofs prior to printing. No refunds will be given after payment has been received for an order. Payment is seen as an agreement for the completion of an order.

No rush orders are ever accepted
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
No international orders are accepted. All orders must be in the continental United States.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you cancel your order anytime prior to printing, you will forfeit your $50.00 non-refundable retainer fee.
Once your final payment has been received, production on your order will begin. Therefore, refunds cannot be given, regardless of the cancellation of the event. In addition, quantities ordered can not be changed after final approval without incurring additional fees.
Due to the personalized nature of our stationery we do not offer refunds.
PRIVACY
Any information supplied by our customers will only be used in the production of their requested stationery. Customer information remains private and confidential and under no circumstances will this information be disclosed to any third parties.
ADVERTISING AND MARKETING
PEAK a Boo Design reserves the right to use any and all products designed and created by its staff for advertising and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to using customer testimonials and customer designs as product samples, in photographs and in advertisements. This applies to all marketing and advertising by PEAK a Boo Design, both online and in print. If a client is opposed to any aspect of this clause of advertising, he/she must notify us in writing.
